Two new commercial centers are planned for Dammam Second and Third Industrial Cities, covering a combined area of 5,000 square meters. These developments will include branches of both local and international restaurant chains, designed to meet the diverse needs of investors and businesses in the area. Additionally, a contract has been signed for a temporary commercial center in Sudair City for Industry and Businesses. This 2,500-square-meter project will feature dining options, coffee shops, and essential service facilities upon completion.

Restaurants complex

As part of its ongoing commitment to offer high-quality dining and leisure options, MODON has entered into multiple agreements to open restaurants across various industrial cities. These include local eateries, fast food outlets, open buffet services, and delivery options for both workplaces and residences.

Office building

Multi-level buildings are available, offering a range of office sizes from small to large, along with professionally designed meeting rooms that reflect modern architectural standards and cater to diverse business needs.

Entertainment centre

Industrial cities feature dedicated recreational centers where employees can engage in both individual and group activities, fostering stronger social connections and enhancing overall productivity during work hours.
